Nice and clean . Very cozy and comfortable ambiance . It has a modern twist to their classic look . Good customer service . They ran out of all 3 coffees and the lady was very polite . She gave people the warmest smile and they were brewing new coffee right the way . Tables are clean and they have two half & half cream during peak hours , which is very helpful for the customers who are in a hurry to go to work . Love this place! Big thanks to the manager on site who trains his staffs well and keeps everything in order . This location is much better than other locations in the same city . Tips : the price of food is on the high end. It is wise to join the sip club ( they have promotion like $5 per month for 3 months . Their gift cards go on sale 20 % off around each holidays ) . It is much better than pay full price!
I've been to several panera's across California, and the team and managers here have been always kind and giving. On top of that, they consistently have the best oatmeal of any Panera I go to.
I love this Panera, it is very clean I have not had time to sit and eat but I will one day. The staff is friendly service is fast and their tuna salad sandwiches be on point.
I come here for my lunch break on occasion so I always order through the app and my orders are always ready ina timely manner and I haven't had any issues
I've been here a few times now and the service on my most recent visit was amazing! I had two app orders, placed shortly after one another, and while one order was ready, the other was behind a few other orders. The staff kept apologizing about the wait, and even through in some extra soup in our bowl for having to wait a little more. This is what I call good service! The broccoli cheddar soup is so delicious here, especially on a cold rainy day! Wonderful recent visit, what's more to say?
Wow! I haven't tried Panera in over a decade and when I came today I was pleasantly surprised on how GOOD their breakfast was. I had their chipotle chicken egg breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! You can't beat the value and quality. The lady taking our order was nice and our food came out quickly. Great customer service and it's a nice quiet ambiance.
We love Panera! We're traveling across the country and we joined the Sip Club, so we stop at all the Paneras for eats and drinks! This Panera was great, big, busy, clean and efficient. We would definitely come back to this location.
Not sure why people like Panera Bread. So, I thought to experience it myself. I was paying bills at the Xfinity Store next door. I couldn't resist the aroma. I crave for quick sweet bite and I got curious because the size of Kitchen Sink Cookie is good enough for 2 snacks. It was so chocolatey and intriguing. The chocolate just melted in my mouth. The rest of cookie was just memories. I saved half for my dinner dessert. Employee was friendly and helpful. It made me feel great and remember to get coffee.
